The High Table Dinner is a signature event of BNBU, embodying the educational philosophies of liberal arts education, whole person education, and four-point education. The Institute for Advanced Study High Table Dinner will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026. We warmly invite all students to participate. Details of the speaker are as follows:

Guest Speaker: Prof. Shu-min HUANG, Academician of Academia Sinica, Former Dean of  the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at National Tsing Hua University
Speech Topic: My Life as an Anthropologist: Crossing Continents, Cultures, and Centuries

1. This High Table Dinner offers 180 student seats, all undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to register.  

2. Registration can be completed online at https://oas.bnbu.edu.cn/. Registration period:  2026 October 9th 17:00 - 2026 October 12th 10:00.

3. Seats are limited—first come, first served.  

4. Participation in this event does not count toward the High Table Dinner participation cap, students who have already reached their limit may still register.  

5. If you need to cancel your registration, please do so before the registration system closes. Please carefully check your class schedules prior to registering and plan your time accordingly.
